When applied directly to the underside of tiles or roofing felt, PU foam creates a warm deck construction without requiring ventilated airspace. This makes it the ideal material for loft insulation in barn conversions or new build properties, and appropriate for roof renovation projects too.

If required, our team will carry out a complete roof overhaul prior to installation. Our roof maintenance service also includes all pointing, flashing and tile/slate replacement.

Condensation control

PU foam is also perfect for humidity and condensation control - the result is a warm roof with second to none sound and thermal insulation. Health concerns that are exacerbated by mould or mildew are often reduced too.

Asbestos encapsulation and asbestos removal

The dangers of asbestos fibre release are well documented. If it is undamaged, asbestos encapsulation with high performance coatings is an option to prevent against asbestos ageing, movement or accidental knocks. Leaving asbestos in place untreated is not recommended.
